Managing eligibility and student participation shouldn't mean chasing paper, re-keying data, or wondering where a form stands. Your UIL forms now live in one connected system — with every step visible to the people who need it, and built around a single goal: keeping students eligible, safe, and ready to participate. Whether your district is brand new to Rank One or has used us for years, this guide walks you through the process, one clear step at a time.
Every state form follows the same simple path. Three products, four roles, one shared record — so a PAPF moves from a family's hands to the state office without a single document leaving the system.
Families complete their state eligibility forms in your school's branded Parent Portal. Eligibility is presented first, so the most time-sensitive step gets done before anything else — with translation available for every guardian.
Both the receiving and previous schools review and verify the submission inside Rank One Logistics. No paperwork delays between campuses — each school sees exactly what it needs to confirm, right where they already manage rosters and eligibility.
Once both schools have completed their portions, the District Executive Committee (DEC) reviews the form and records the eligibility determination. The form is then automatically routed to the UIL State Office, and the receiving school and parents are notified simultaneously. The sending school is not notified.
The form arrives on the UIL dashboard automatically once the DEC records its ruling. The state accepts and files the form across districts in real time — closing the loop on the same record the family started.
Pick the track that matches your district. Either way, you'll be processing UIL forms in Rank One in just a few steps.
Good news — your foundation is already in place. Moving to the UIL workflow is an enhancement to the system your staff knows, not a fresh start.
Welcome aboard. We'll have your district set up and submitting UIL forms with a clear, supported onboarding — no technical heavy lifting required from your team.
Standardized, time-stamped documentation protects students and your district alike. Every form is tracked, every status is current, and the record the family started is the same one the UIL reviews — secure and dependable from first submission to final clearance.
